FAQ
Questions before your test
Do I need to fast before the test?
Not all tests need fasting. Fasting sugar and lipids need 8–12 hours (water is allowed), while most others such as CBC, thyroid and HbA1c do not. Each test page shows the preparation, and the booking summary tells you the longest fast for the tests you chose.
When are results ready and how do I get them?
Most tests are ready the same day, and each test page shows its time. Check whether your result is ready on the “Your result” page with your order number and mobile number; once ready you can open it or download the PDF — or find it in your account.
How do I book home sampling and what does it cost?
On the booking page choose “Home sampling”, then your area, address and time. The visit fee for your area is shown before you confirm, and the visit is free with larger packages.
Are my results confidential?
Absolutely. Results are only visible to you and the responsible doctor, result links work for a limited time, and the site never shows any data without the order number and mobile number.
Can I test without a prescription?
Yes, you can book any test from the directory directly. If you have a prescription and are unsure, upload a photo while booking and our team will pick the tests and confirm the price with you.
Do you work with insurance companies and contracts?
We work with many insurers, syndicates and companies, and offer special rates for staff check-ups. Ask about yours when booking or call us.
How are samples taken from children?
Our team is trained to take samples from children with small special needles — at home too, so your child feels calm and safe.
What if my result is abnormal?
Do not worry about a single number; results are read in the context of your health. Our lab doctor can explain your result for free, and the final decision is with your treating doctor.
